Owner, producer and presenter of Mind Pause Radio, Deborah J is the voice behind the station’s Best Of shows, taking a year at a time and rediscovering the songs that made it special. She also creates Mind Pause meditations and the positive moments heard throughout the day. From choosing the music to creating the shows, it all comes from one simple idea — music can change how a moment feels.
